  It was sad to see St. Patrick's close. It was a small but pretty church that served the neighborhood for a long time, but just couldn't hang on long enough to see the neighborhood come back.

  St. Patrick's is a Senior Center. They have lunch from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. for a donation of $3.00 or whatever you can afford. They also provide rides to doctors appointments for a fee of $10.00 cash which is paid when the driver picks you up. This covers your round trip fair. You will,need to schedule doctor appointments at least 7 days in advance or sooner if possible. Very friendly and loving staff!! They offer a variety of activities each month. If interested in joining membership is currently $10.00 a year. This allows you to attend all activities. They have a list of activities which you may pick up by visiting the senior center.
