  In my Opinion, they are Scammers. I called to see how much it would cost to open a grave, they said $500 and I wanted to prepay, and they said they couldnt do that. My Mother had a Plot paid for, and her health was failing and I told them this. She died 2 months later, and then they charged $2300!!! It was 2 days before Christmas
